I highly recommend this agent. When I first time try to book tickets in Jan., I filled out the price checking form on line, got several responses, I contacted each of them, felt both the price & service from Pan Hong was best. But my plan was changed, so I didn't buy tickets actually at that time. Till end of March, suddently we need the ticket asap, I contacted her again, instead of increasing the price because of very short time notice, she found me an even lower price. She also explained the regulation, procedure clearly and response quickly. I am completely satisfied at this experience with her.
