用的是一边中文,一边英文的DS157表. 在电脑里填工作过的单位, 学校名及电话时, 给的SPACE根本不够. 已经想办法用ABBREVIATION了. 是不是没填下的可以打出来后, 再手填? 谢谢帮助!!

I have the same question too! Do we really need to fill in the detailed address of the school and the phone number? Usually, there is no phone number for the school. Does anyone know this? thanks a lot!

点击工具栏中的取消文档保护，然后左键双击不够填的区域，在跳出的对话框中按需更改最大长度即可。 最好是改完后再回到工具栏中点保护文档（这时会让你设一密码，记住下次还可用）然后再到修改区域填写，这样灰色的文字域不会消失。 试试吧
