it is a really weird day today. In the morning i could get an appointment for visa application on Nov. 23-25, and 30. Then I could get nothing because of system upgrade, as the representative told me. I called them again minutes ago. The avalable date is Nov. 24.
BTW, I was calling for an appointment for 2000.
