I stayed in this one (盛唐大酒店) last month, you can either book the room
online or by calling, I got one-bed standard for 188RMB/night, clean, safe
and convenient, walking distance to the bank where you pay the visa
application fee, the U.S. embassy, the training station and the zoo :P
