H1入境护照问题
九月回美,护照明年4月过期,回美国入境,IO会不会在I-94上写
个日期(10月12日: 护照过期半年前),
我回来后会马上换护照,完后是不是我还需要10月12日之前出境, 然后
入境一次.谢谢!

You need renew your passport immediately and schedule a site visit with USCIS to update your I-94 card. If you can complete these steps before Oct. 12, 2010, it's unnecessary to leave and re-enter.
How long will it take for a site visit with USCIS? I will re-enter US at the end of August. If my I-94 expires on Oct. 28, 2010. Do I have enough time to complete all these steps? Thanks.
