我从flychina.com订了一张波特兰（OR）到旧金山的机票，由于行程问题想退票，怎么退，网站发来邮件说要身份证件以便出票，我用的是信用卡，如果不回复 会不会被罚款，票能不能退？

have you paid for it? Did you see the itinerary when you purchase it? if not, i think the ticket has not neen reserved yet. Just call them and let them know...
you can try orbitz.com or expedia.com to book domestic tickets...
