请问在上海签H1-B的费用是多少? 原以为是RMB 810, 但听说好象最近涨了.还有,是否在上海领事馆对面就有中信可以当时付费? 有谁知道它早上几点开门? 我约的是10点,不只来不来得及. 多谢.

But you need to give your friend a copy of your passport. Do not know if other places have the same rule though. Good luck!

There are no name or passport number on the receipt, so ask a friend with passport to pay for you.
