here? My mom already went back to China.

Your kids are your wholly responsibility, unless you get them from former marriage(s), and your ex is paying alimony for them.
You should mention the past affidavits, especially for your mom's past visits. Those are positive stuff for your case. You will swear on I-134. It shows your determination to get whoever you want to sponsor here whatever it takes. Don't lie on anything on I-134, it abides the law. It's not a must like passports.
