老家是沈阳，父母都在沈阳居住。现在h1b回国探亲，返美签证应该在上海还是沈阳？听说返签可以跨区，是真的吗？可以同时预约两个地区的领事馆吗？ 请指教。

this question has been asked thousands of times. you can go anywhere to get your visa if you had it before. you can even go mexico or canada if you want.
